Notes: Both Robert William (Bob) Hartung and Richard Hauser claim that the Lakeland Police Department have blocked people's phones from calling them, and so did LPD Det. Elisa Martin (Retired), in the presence of PSO Ryan Christopher Schuck. (Not sure if if am remembering his name exactly right, or spelling it right, but he was there when she admitted that they were blocking my phone, and attested that it was only the main line, and not the emergency 911 line. Oh? Is that so? How do I know if this is true? Can I 'test' out 911? Also, what if  need to report something per Redress rights before it becomes an emergency: can I call 911 for that?

Bob said that LPD admitted they blocked people for being annoying or something lik that, and Richard said they blocked him, as I recall.
