In compliance with the U.S. Supreme Court's
"ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF BRIEFS ON THE MERITS," dated October 1, 2013, I am
sending you, in this email, the electronic version of my
brief, and now transmitting it to the Clerk and each other
party separately represented by a counsel of record at the same time the final
printed brief is filed with the Clerk pursuant to Rule 29. My brief, as
well as my Certificate of Compliance/Service/Affirmation, are both included in
this email as text searchable PDF attachments.
CORRECTION: The
signed copies of both are on their way to The Court, via FedEx tracking number
772696754629, and the Certificate of Service included, is correct regarding my
use of FedEx, except that I had to send 4
items via 1st Class USPS: Three were PO Boxes, unable to be serviced by
FedEx, and the 4th was a duplicate mailing address for Atty. Schaerr, which
was sent USPS, as it was far less expensive than FedEx (and also so
as to not put all my eggs in one FedEx basket). All parties should end up
having been served the four ways so described in my certificate of service.
My timely filed hard copies are on the way to clerk and counsel of
record, as indicated.

Some
versions have Mr. Niemöller saying: "Then they came for the Catholics, and I
didn't speak up, because I was a Protestant"; other versions have him saying
that they came for Socialists, Industrialists, schools, the press,and/or the
Church; however, it's certain he DID say SOMETHING like this. Actually, they
may not have come for the Jews first, as it's more likely they came for the
prisoners, mentally handicapped, &other so-called "inferiors" first -as
historians tell us-so they could get "practiced up"; however, they did come
for them -due to the silence of their neighbors -and due in part to their own
